Teach Plus are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Canterbury.

Role & Responsibilities

As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 National Curriculum


• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress


• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils


• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment


• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching


• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers


• Support pupils with additional needs in a specialist resource provision

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a motivated KS1 Teacher who has:

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1


• Strong knowledge of KS1 curriculum and phonics schemes


• Creative approach to teaching and lesson planning


• Excellent classroom management skills


• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)


• Right to work in the UK
