Teach Plus are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to work within a friendly Community Primary School in Dover.

Role Responsibilities


As a Supply Teacher, you will:



  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects and year groups

  • Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, structured learning environment

  • Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and school routines

  • Monitor and support pupil progress during lessons

  • Create an engaging, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Provide high-quality teaching and classroom support when required

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff


The Ideal Candidate


We are looking for a flexible and confident Supply Teacher who can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.


Essential Requirements



  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills

  • Flexibility to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

  • Positive, adaptable, and professional approach to teaching

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Right to work in the UK


Desirable



  • Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher, Primary Teacher, or Cover Teacher

  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons across multiple subjects

  • Availability for short-term, long-term, or daily supply work
