A welcoming Early Years setting in Shepherd's Bush is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from June 2026.

The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will work closely with experienced staff to deliver engaging, play-based learning within a caring and supportive environment.

Staff work collaboratively to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and curiosity through creative learning opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher and Early Years team in delivering engaging learning activities


• Assist children with their social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning


• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment


• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents across the setting


• Observe and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to the class teacher where appropriate


• Support with classroom preparation, resources, and daily routines

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role


• Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role


• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service


• Right to work in the UK
