Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities


As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will:



  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

  • Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, structured learning environment

  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants

  • Create a fun, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback

  • Contribute positively to the wider school community

We are looking for a committed Early Career Teacher who is eager to grow professionally and make a positive impact in the classroom.


Essential Requirements



  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to teaching

  • Commitment to professional development and learning

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Right to work in the UK


Desirable



  • Experience teaching during placements in a UK primary school

  • Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum

  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
