• Support the General Manager with daily operations across food and beverage

• Assist with rota planning, shift scheduling, and stock management.
• Help manage bookings, payments, and coordination with other teams.
• Train, coach, and support team members to deliver excellent service.
• Step in for the General Manager when required, ensuring smooth running of operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance always.
