The Role

• Support day-to-day operations and lead the team on shift
• Deliver excellent guest experience and service standards
• Drive sales through events and local engagement
• Manage and grow the pub’s social media presence
• Assist with stock control, labour, and compliance

About You

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership and floor presence
• Passion for hospitality, food, and drink
• Confident managing social media platforms
