Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION



Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers via phone, email, and in person

  • Process orders, payments, returns, and customer accounts

  • Provide accurate product and policy information

  • Resolve customer concerns and initiate paint match requests

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and AR/Credit teams

  • Maintain accurate customer records

  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products
Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Positive, customer-focused attitude

  • Comfortable using computer systems (ERP/CRM experience a plus)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience preferred, not required-training provided
Schedule & Environment:



  • Day shift

  • Office-based role with occasional walking and light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
