The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Finance Director will be responsible for leading the finance function and ensuring the delivery of accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance function
• Provide financial insight to support business performance
• Oversee the preparation of management accounts and reporting
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Improve financial processes and systems
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial position
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis
• Ensure financial controls and procedures are maintained
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business
• Develop and mentor the finance team

Candidate Profile

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Experience operating at senior finance level within financial services
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
• Experience supporting business performance and growth
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
