General Manager – Luxury Private Members Club
Seasonal Operation - Live-in Accommodation, Exclusive Destination
Our client is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the relaunch and operation of a luxury private members club in a highly sought-after destination.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-end, seasonal business undergoing a full refurbishment and repositioning.
The venue will offer an exclusive restaurant, bar, and members’ lounge, designed to become the destination for an elite, international clientele seeking privacy, quality, and experience.
Operating approximately 8–9 months of the year, the club will cater to a growing membership base, with a clear vision to establish itself as a leading name in the region.
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the business from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing operations.
You will lead the project, build and shape the team, and deliver a best-in-class guest and member experience.
You will lead the refurbishment and pre-opening phase, ensuring a seamless launch ahead of the winter season, and oversee the full operation including restaurant, bar, and members’ lounge.
You will build, lead, and inspire a team of 40–50 staff, including senior leadership such as the Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Membership Manager.
You will drive a culture of luxury service, discretion, and exclusivity while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with a private members club environment.
You will take full accountability for financial performance, revenue, and profitability, and establish the club as a standout destination venue within its market.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a General Manager within high-end luxury hospitality, such as private members clubs, luxury hotels, or premium standalone venues.
You will have a strong background in pre-opening or business turnaround projects, and experience leading large, high-performing teams.
You will be commercially astute with strong P&L management skills, a natural leader with presence and energy, and passionate about delivering exceptional, discreet, and personalised service.
