Commercial Account Handler - Leicester - Up to £35,000

This is a role for an experienced commercial handler who's ready to stop just processing and start owning.

You'll manage a portfolio of SME clients across multiple classes, with the support of a close-knit team and a brokerage that invests in the people it brings in.

Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Leicester

What you'll be doing

• Managing renewals and MTAs across a portfolio of cross-class SME clients


• Taking real ownership of a combined SME book with a focus on strong client retention


• Making proactive contact with clients ahead of renewals


• Working closely with Account Executives to ensure clients are properly looked after

What they're looking for

• Solid experience in commercial insurance handling


• A client-first approach to broking - someone who builds relationships, not just processes policies


• Acturis experience ideal but not essential


• Cert CII beneficial but not required
