What You'll Be Doing
As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly and effectively.
You'll lead from the front—supporting, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
From overseeing day-to-day operations and staff rotas to ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement, you'll have a varied and rewarding role where your impact is visible every day.
You'll also build meaningful relationships with service users, families, and professionals, helping to create a positive and empowering environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in supported living or a similar care setting
- A natural leader with the confidence to support and inspire a team
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to commute to Finchley / North London
