About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join a busy textile company based in Wakefield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent earning potential once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating textile machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards are met
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting any faults
• Handling materials and finished products
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or textile environment is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Willingness to learn and undergo training

What We Offer:

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm – no weekends
