Key Responsibilities - Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)


• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment


• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development


• Encourage outdoor learning, exploration, and play-based education


• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality early years provision


• Act as a positive role model for children and staff

Requirements - What We Are Looking For

Essential Criteria

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent


• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting


• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• A positive, caring, and proactive approach to childcare


• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)


• Right to work in the UK
