Data Centre Engineer - West London
£42k inclusive of shift allowance

24/7 shift pattern (4 on / 4 off - days & nights)
We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Data Centre Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting a prestigious international financial environment.
Key responsibilities:
, Day-to-day Data Centre operations (installs, decommissions, moves, changes)
, Change & incident management with SLA ownership
, Racking, stacking, cabling, patching, and hardware support
, Vendor escorting and supervision
, Asset tracking, documentation, and inventory control
, Supporting infrastructure upgrades, outages, and maintenance windows
, Basic server config (iDRAC / iLO) and fault escalation
, Ensuring strict adherence to DC standards, security, and H&S compliance
What we're looking for:
, Experience in Data Centre or high-risk infrastructure environments
, Strong understanding of networking & infrastructure concepts
, Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g.

ServiceNow / Remedy)
, Confident working under pressure and on own initiative
, Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
, Flexible approach to shift work (24/7 environment)
, Good communication and teamwork skills
