General Manager - Upscale Restaurant

Location: New York City

Salary: $85,000 to $105,000

They’re looking for a strong General Manager to take full ownership of one of their upscale restaurants - driving both guest experience and financial performance.

This is a true GM role - you’ll be running the business, leading the team, and owning the numbers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the full P&L - driving revenue, managing costs, and hitting financial targets
• Overseeing day-to-day operations with a strong presence on the floor
• Leading and developing management and hourly teams
• Managing labor, scheduling, and staffing levels in line with business needs
• Partnering with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service and product quality
• Monitoring and improving KPIs, efficiencies, and overall performance
• Handling budgets, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Creating a strong culture, accountability, and team engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a full service, premium concept
• Background in upscale or fine dining environments
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and costs
• Hands-on leader who is equally comfortable on the floor and in the numbers
• Ability to build, train, and lead high-performing teams
