Caravan Park Grounds Worker

Showcase your grounds maintenance and practical skills in a varied, hands-on role within a well-maintained static caravan park that takes pride in its appearance and customer experience.

In the Caravan Park Groundsman / Handyman role, you will be:

• Carrying out grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting and maintaining flower borders
• Undertaking general landscaping work such as fencing and laying paving slabs
• Assisting with the siting of new caravans
• Keeping the park clean, tidy and free from litter
• Carrying out routine maintenance and inspections of plant and machinery
• Completing simple caravan repairs as required

To be considered for the Caravan Park Groundsman / Handyman role, you must have:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance and general handyman work
• Experience operating landscaping equipment including ride on lawnmowers, strimmers and hedge cutters
• Good understanding of planting, trimming and general plant care
• A wide range of general maintenance and practical skills
• A friendly, approachable and professional attitude
• The ability to manage your own workload and work independently
• Awareness of and commitment to health and safety requirements
• A valid UK driving licence
• Experience using a range of power tools safely and effectively

This is a part time position, ideally working 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) from 9am to 5pm.

The role is temporary to potentially permanent and is initially offered until 30th October 2026.

The position is based near Abergele and offers an hourly rate of £12.75 plus holiday pay.
