Senior Care Assistant - Nights

A well-established care provider is seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join the team at a beautifully maintained care home in Kent.

The home offers high-quality residential, nursing, respite, and dementia care within a warm and welcoming environment.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the night shift, providing hands-on care while supporting and guiding Care Assistants to maintain excellent standards throughout the home.

Previous care experience is essential, and applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification.

Night shifts only are available for this position.

  • Previous experience working within a residential care home or nursing home setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team during night shifts
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role
