Restaurant Operations Manager – relocate to Switzerland  

CHF 6,500 per month + Accommodation & Meals

We are recruiting for a fantastic hospitality business based in the Swiss-German region of Switzerland, looking for a strong Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee two high-level casual dining restaurants within a well-established hotel operation.  This is a brilliant opportunity to join a lovely business in a stunning location, working alongside a strong kitchen and front-of-house team in a highly seasonal but well-run operation.

The business has built an excellent reputation in the area and is looking for someone with personality, operational strength, and a hands-on leadership style to become the face of the restaurants.  

The Restaurant Operations Manager role   

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations across both restaurant sites, leading a team of approximately 30 front and back-of-house staff.  

Key responsibilities include:  

•  Team leadership, recruitment, and training   

•  Managing rotas, timesheets, and stock takes   

•  Driving service standards and guest experience   

•  Supporting financial reviews and P&L management   

•  Maintaining strong operational standards across FOH and BOH   

•  Working closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team   

•  Being a visible and engaging presence within the business   

The ideal candidate will:  

• Come from a strong hospitality or restaurant operations background   

•  Have experience in high-volume or high-quality casual dining environments   

•  Be hands-on, personable, and operationally strong   

•  Have excellent leadership and communication skills   

•  Be comfortable managing teams within a seasonal business   

•  Bring great energy and personality as the face of the operation
