Estimator

A cladding, façade & architectural metalwork contractor in Hertfordshire is currently looking for an Estimator to join their growing team.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Duties:

• Estimating cladding, façade & architectural metalwork packages.


• Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of specialist packages.


• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation to assess project requirements.


• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain quotations and pricing information.


• Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams throughout the tender process.


• Assisting with cost planning, value engineering, and budget management where required.
