A specialist care provider is currently seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join a therapy-led care team supporting individuals with complex needs in Guernsey.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a genuine difference and are eager to develop specialist skills within a highly supportive multidisciplinary environment.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support through a structured, therapy-led approach designed to promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Working closely alongside families and healthcare professionals, you will support the delivery of tailored care plans while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you support.
Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role, making this an ideal opportunity for both experienced care professionals and individuals looking to build a career within specialist support services.
