The ideal candidate is a solid, mid-level Sous Chef who enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the importance of systems, standards, and execution.

What We’re Looking For


  • Ideally 2+ years of Sous Chef experience
  • Experience in full service, high-volume, elevated restaurant environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality, food quality, and team development
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering
  • Positive attitude and hands-on leadership style
