Contract Manager – London – up to £70k – Technical/Hard FM

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Facilities Management provider to oversee a fantastic contract in London with a focus on technical and building management.

About the role:

It will be the Contract Managers responsibility to oversee day to day operations including outsourced services relationships, across the circa £2 million contract.

The Contract Manager will be responsible for delivering contractual agreements and surpassing the clients expectations through innovative and exciting ideas.

Team management and development will play a huge part in this role.

Whilst there is an established team in place, training and people development will be an area you have experience in and excel.

Ideal Contract Manager:

• Management experience within a technical/Hard FM London contract in excess of £1 million.
• Track record of exceeding client expectations.
• Technical background either through management or qualification.
• Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets.
• Experience in team and people development.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.
