A leading multisite leisure business is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead UK finance operations across their UK estate.

This is a high-impact role partnering with operational leadership to drive performance, strengthen financial controls, and deliver fast, insight-led reporting within a dynamic international group.

Responsibilities:

• Performance analysis (revenue, labour, margins, utilisation)
• Business partnering with UK leadership teams
• Monthly reporting (IFRS) & group consolidation support (US GAAP exposure)
• Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
• Full ownership of accounting, controls & compliance
• Leadership of a small finance team
• Systems & process improvement (ERP/POS environment)

Candidate Profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong background in multisite retail, leisure or hospitality
• Commercially minded with strong technical accounting skills
• Confident communicator with proven leadership ability
• Experience with ERP systems
