£12.71/hour - Plus Bonus| Monday to Thursday, 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM
We're recruiting Yard Operatives for a UK-leading manufacturer of building materials at one of its busy production sites near Lewes, Haywards Heath, and Burgess Hill in East Sussex.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity based on performance.

Role Responsibilities:

• 
  Picking and packing finished goods for dispatch


• 
  Working in a busy warehouse and stock yard


• 
  Loading and unloading vehicles


• 
  Moving raw materials and completed products


• 
  Completing basic paperwork


• 
  Manual handling duties


• 
  Supporting other departments during peak periods
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, yard, or production environment is desirable but not essential


• 
  This is a physically demanding, hands-on role


• 
  Willingness to carry out physical, manual work


• 
  Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player


• 
  Own transport is essential due to the rural location
