Salary:                 Up to £55,000 + Commission

My client is looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead new business growth across the hospitality, events, and venue sectors.

This is a high-impact role for a well-connected sales professional with a proven track record of winning major contracts, leading tenders, and building long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business opportunities across hospitality, events, and venues
• Build and leverage industry relationships to generate high-value leads
• Lead the full tender, bid, and RFP process from start to finish
• Create compelling proposals and commercial presentations
• Develop strategic partnerships and key client relationships
• Identify new revenue opportunities through market research and insight
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
