We’re partnered with a well-established, family-owned café group in Vancouver looking for a strong Operations Director to oversee five high-volume locations across the city.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, not behind a desk.

You’ll be actively visiting stores, working alongside managers, and setting the tone for operational excellence across all locations.

The right person will be confident managing managers, leading by example, and driving consistency, culture, and performance across the business.

This is a growth-focused company with a strong foundation and big plans ahead - they’re looking for someone who wants to grow with them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing operations across 5 high-volume café locations
• Supporting, coaching, and developing General Managers and store leadership teams
• Driving consistency in service, product quality, and customer experience
• Identifying operational gaps and implementing improvements
• Monitoring sales, labour, and overall business performance
• Working closely with ownership on growth and operational strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Multi-unit operations experience in cafés, QSR, or high-volume food & beverage environments
• Strong ability to manage and develop managers
• Hands-on leadership style - not office-based
• Proven experience improving operations across multiple locations
• Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required)
