Production Operatives (Dudley)

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for our prestigious client.

The successful candidate will join a busy production environment, carrying out small assembly tasks and ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Monday to Friday
Full-time hours
Ongoing assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out small assembly work with precision and accuracy
• Assembling components in line with production specifications
• Conducting visual quality inspections on finished products
• Following detailed work instructions and production processes
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Reporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Supporting team members to ensure smooth operations

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is essential
• Experience in a similar assembly or production-based role preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Comfortable working in a repetitive role while maintaining high accuracy
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Hourly Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour
