Commercial Insurance Broker - Manchester - Hybrid - Up to £40,000

A well-regarded SME insurance specialist in Manchester is looking for an experienced broker to take ownership of a varied portfolio - in a niche environment that actually invests in the people who work there.

If you're comfortable across Property and Casualty and want a role with genuine technical depth, a broad range of products and a team that values expertise as much as relationships, this is worth a look.

Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Manchester
Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days from home

What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across Property and Casualty classes


• Advising on PI, Travel, Personal Accident and additional lines including D&O, MLP and Fleet where needed


• Handling delegated authority schemes accurately and efficiently


• Building lasting client relationships through clear, expert communication


• Working with premiums up to £5,000 across a varied and interesting book

What they're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in SME Property and Casualty broking


• Knowledge of PI, Travel and Personal Accident - broader class experience a bonus


• Delegated authority scheme experience beneficial


• Acturis experience a plus


• Detail-oriented, well organised and a confident communicator
