A family-owned care group is looking for a Registered Manager to take the helm of one of its Liverpool nursing homes, a home that's been quietly moving in the right direction and now needs a leader to keep that momentum going and push for more.

If you've spent your career inheriting other people's problems, this is the change of pace worth a phone call.

You'd be steering an established team that knows what good looks like, with the freedom to lead and the backing of a group that puts its money where its values are: training, technology, and homes people are proud to work in.

It's a clinical leadership role with commercial teeth.

You set the standard, you own the outcomes, and you're trusted to get on with it.

The non-negotiables:

• Valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN)


• Management or strong deputy experience in a nursing home


• A track record of holding standards and lifting a team with you


• Someone who leads from the floor, not the office chair
