Head Concierge - €50-55K - Dublin

MLR are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Concierge to lead the Concierge and operation within one of Dublin's leading hospitality destinations.

This is a senior leadership role that requires a proven people manager with experience overseeing large teams in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest service standards and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will lead, mentor and develop a sizeable concierge team, managing recruitment, training, performance, scheduling and succession planning while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational and commercial awareness.

They will act as an ambassador for the property, building strong relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients and local partners while ensuring their team possesses exceptional knowledge of Dublin and consistently delivers memorable, personalised service.
