MLR have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join one of Dublin's leading 5-star hotels.

Working as part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving the hotel's digital presence, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing direct bookings through creative marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be creative, commercially focused, and highly organised, with experience managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will be responsible for leading social media strategy, creating engaging digital content, managing paid campaigns, supporting website performance and SEO, delivering email marketing campaigns, and managing digital assets.

You'll also track and analyse performance across social media, web and email channels, using insights to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
