Sous Chef – Luxury Events & Catering – London – Up to £45,000 + Paid Overtime

We're recruiting a Sous Chef to join one of London's most exciting luxury events and catering businesses.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Sous Chef who loves great food, enjoys variety and wants to be part of a genuinely foodie team.

You'll be working with exceptional produce, delivering everything from intimate private dining and VIP receptions to large-scale luxury events across some incredible venues.

The business is growing; the food is fantastic and there's plenty of opportunity to develop while earning significant overtime on top of your salary!

The Offer

• £42,000 - £45,000 salary
• £8,000 - £10,000 annual overtime potential
• Paid overtime (£20-£25 per hour)
• Predominantly Monday to Friday
• Weekend work only occasionally
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays

The Role

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen leadership.
• Lead prep and live event services.
• Run smaller events independently.
• Support and develop junior chefs.
• Deliver exceptional food and presentation standards.

About You

• Current Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous ready to step up.
• Must have luxury events or premium catering experience.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
