Internal Communications Assistant

Build your experience in communications within a busy, fast-moving environment, where you'll develop your skills across content creation, digital communication and campaign delivery.

Gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of internal and client-facing communications, including high-profile events, while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.


In the Internal Communications Assistant role you will:


  • Support the creation and delivery of engaging communications across multiple channels
  • Write and edit content for emails, newsletters, intranet, social media and digital platforms
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of communications around key events
  • Collate information from departments and contribute to structured communication plans and campaigns
  • Monitor engagement data and help evaluate the effectiveness of communications, suggesting improvements

To be successful, you will need:


  • Previous experience in communications, marketing or a similar fast-paced administrative role
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

This is a temporary role up until end September 2026, working full time (5 days per week), on an hourly rate of £14.00 + benefits, where you'll be office based in Wrexham.
