What We Offer

  • £35,950 - £37,638 OTE per year (inclusive of sleep-ins)

  • Alternate week shift pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive outcomes.

You'll provide emotional support, guidance, and practical care while helping create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Residential Childcare

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • QCF Level 3 or Level 4 Children & Young People's Workforce qualification, NVQ Level 3/4 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) is a must

  • Ability to reliably commute to Derby or relocate before starting


Preferred Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent

  • Experience supporting children and young people in a residential setting
