Evening Service Chef – Education Catering – North-West London – £35,000

We're recruiting an Evening Service Chef to take full ownership of a busy student dining operation within a prestigious education environment.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a chef who enjoys creativity, autonomy and having a genuine impact on the food offer.

You'll be responsible for shaping the evening menu, delivering themed food nights and driving engagement within the student community, all while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule and excellent work-life balance.

The Role

• Take ownership of the evening food operation.
• Create engaging menus and themed food events.
• Drive participation, sales and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver service between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
• Manage stock, wastage and food costs within your area.
• Build strong relationships with students and customers.

About You

• Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Chef Manager experience.
• Strong fresh food background.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
