Job Title:             Senior Housekeeper – Luxury Venue
Salary:                 Up to £30,000
Location:             Kent

My client is looking for a hands-on Senior Housekeeper for a luxury event venue to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure exceptional standards across guest accommodation and communal spaces.

This is a key role for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the housekeeping team day-to-day
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
• Conduct room inspections and quality checks
• Manage rotas, stock control, and housekeeping systems
• Work closely with management to drive operational excellence
• Support recruitment, training, and team development
• Remain hands-on with cleaning, changeovers, and room preparation
