A luxury hospital known for its high standards, refined service culture, and strong focus on guest satisfaction is looking for a Room Service Manager

This is a key operational management role responsible for leading the In-Room Dining (Room Service) department and ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

You will oversee the full service flow from order taking to delivery, maintaining efficiency, precision, and impeccable presentation standards at all times.

The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a small team in a fast-paced, luxury environment where timing and service quality are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Room Service (In-Room Dining) operations
• Coordinate order taking, preparation, and delivery processes
• Ensure timely and accurate service to guest rooms
• Lead, train, and motivate the room service team
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service quality
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational organization
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle special requests
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, front office, and other departments
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in Room Service, F&B, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and service standards
• Ability to work in a structured luxury hospitality environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• EU work eligibility required
