Previous care experience is beneficial, but not essential.

This is a Full-Time position (44h per week).

• Previous experience working in a care setting is desirable but not essential
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Kind, compassionate and empathetic approach towards residents and their families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
