We are looking for someone to assist the Quantity Surveying team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in quantity surveying, offering hands-on experience with project cost control, procurement, and contract administration.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, take accountability for their responsibilities, and show the ambition and ability to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

• Support with the valuation of works completed on site and prepare interim payment applications.

• Assist in identifying and managing variations and change orders.

• Help maintain accurate records for project cost tracking.

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients under supervision.

• Assist in procurement of sub-contractors and materials.

• Support with final account preparation and settlement.

• Contribute to risk, value management, and cost control processes.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Preferred: 

Education & Qualifications:

• Working towards a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
