Person Specification

• GPhC-registered pharmacist
• Independent Prescribing qualification is advantageous
• Whilst this role would suit a newly qualified pharmacist, experienced pharmacists will also be considered
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Confident delivering pharmacy services and consultations
• Enthusiastic about clinical service delivery and ongoing development
