We're working with a busy and successful volume dealership in Bristol that’s looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop team.
If you're after strong earning potential, a stable Monday–Friday schedule, and a supportive dealership environment where you can progress, this is a great opportunity.

💷 What You’ll Earn: Basic Salary:£30,000 – £38,000
Bonus:
✅ Guaranteed £400 per month for your first 3 months
✅ Average monthly bonus of £400–£500
✅ Uncapped earning potential
OTE:💰 Up to £45,000+
Overtime: Available at enhanced rates

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

- Vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspections
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Mechanical repairs across multiple systems
- Ensuring manufacturer standards are met
- Accurate recording of work completed
- Delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction

🧰 What We’re Looking For
✔ NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
✔ Minimum 2 years’ workshop or dealership experience
✔ Strong diagnostic and repair ability
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ A proactive, quality-focused approach
