Head Baker - Sligo


MLR are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Head Baker to join a well-established, much-loved seaside café in County Sligo, known for its high-quality homemade offerings and loyal customer base.


This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the bakery operation, leading the production of fresh breads, pastries, and baked goods while maintaining consistently high standards in a fast-paced environment.


Alongside daily production, you will manage and develop a small team, prepare staff rosters, oversee ordering and stock control, and contribute to new seasonal products, ensuring the bakery continues to deliver exceptional quality and consistency.


The ideal candidate will have strong artisan baking experience, previous team leadership experience, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for producing outstanding baked goods.

Due to the café's coastal location and the early morning start times, candidates will need to have their own transport.
