We're recruiting Relief Chef Managers for one of the UK's leading education catering businesses, supporting schools across London and the South-East.

The Role

Every day is different.

You'll travel across your region supporting kitchens that need an experienced Chef Manager to step in and lead from the front.

• Leading kitchen teams.
• Cooking fresh food daily.
• Managing food safety, HACCP and compliance.
• Stock control & ordering.
• Maintaining food quality and service standards.
• Supporting new contract mobilisations.
• Building strong relationships with school teams.
• Helping sites deliver consistently excellent food.

About You

• Previous Chef Manager or Head Chef experience.
• Education catering or B&I contract catering background essential.
• MUST have a driver’s licence and car.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
