We are recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join one of the country's most respected hotel restaurants.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced Restaurant Manager, supporting the day-to-day operation while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.

The restaurant offers a relaxed British brasserie experience, combining outstanding food with warm, genuine hospitality.

Guests enjoy an open kitchen, beautiful outdoor dining throughout the summer, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels elegant without being formal.

What you'll be doing

• Support the Restaurant Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant
• Lead, coach and motivate the Front of House team
• Maintain exceptional 5-star service standards throughout every shift
• Supervise service for lunch and dinner, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Develop team members through training and coaching
• Ensure guest satisfaction is consistently delivered
• Support recruitment and onboarding as the team continues to grow
• Work closely with the kitchen to create a seamless guest experience

About you

• Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager within a luxury 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Calm under pressure with excellent organisational ability
• Hands-on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Experience leading and developing Front of House teams
