Contract Manager – London – up to £60k – Technical/Hard FM

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Facilities Management provider to oversee a fantastic contract in London with a focus on Hard FM and integrated services.

About the role:

It will be the Contract Managers responsibility to oversee day to day operations including operational delivery, performance and client relationships.

The Contract Manager will be responsible for delivering contractual agreements and surpassing the clients expectations through innovative and exciting ideas.

Team management and development will play a huge part in this role.

Whilst there is an established team in place of circa 150, training and people development will be an area you have experience in and excel.

Ideal Contract Manager:

• Management experience within a technical/Hard FM London contract.
• Track record of exceeding client expectations.
• Technical background either through management or qualification.
• Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets.
• Experience in team and people development.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.
