The Recruitment Consultant Role

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, sales or hospitality management experience who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or hospitality management.
• A genuine passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business, negotiate contracts and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms.
• A friendly, approachable and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage a large candidate database and high volumes of applications.
• Confidence managing established client accounts and delivering an exceptional recruitment service
