Office Administrator (Part-Time - School Hours)
Are you an organised, proactive individual looking for a flexible part-time role? We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and wants a role that fits around school hours.
Full training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing, despatching, and invoicing customer orders
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Liaising with the production team on customer requirements and raw materials
- Managing purchasing tasks, including processing and tracking orders
- Handling customer, supplier, and carrier queries (phone/email)
- Booking transport and despatches using carrier systems
- Assisting with stock takes and general inventory management
What We’re Looking For
- Confident using Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Experience with Sage 50 and Sage 200 (CIM50/CIM200 manufacturing experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn – training will be provided
