We’re partnered with an exceptional hospitality group seeking a highly accomplished General Manager to lead one of their premier restaurant operations in Atlanta.

This is an opportunity for a hospitality leader who comes from a Michelin-level, chef-driven, or highly acclaimed fine dining background and understands world-class guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has successfully managed a restaurant generating $10M+ in annual revenue, thrives in high-touch service environments, and is passionate about developing teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Driving exceptional guest experiences and hospitality standards
• Developing and mentoring FOH managers and service teams
• Managing P&L performance, labor, and operational budgets
• Building strong relationships with guests and fostering repeat business
• Partnering closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution

What We're Looking For

• General Manager experience within Michelin-starred, Michelin-recognized, or highly regarded chef-driven restaurants
• Experience managing restaurants with annual revenues exceeding $10M
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and profitability
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing hospitality teams
• Strong presence on the floor and commitment to guest engagement
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and elevated service
