Location: Taunton
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum

• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people


• Provide emotional and practical day-to-day support


• Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes


• Work alongside colleagues and external professionals


• Complete accurate records and contribute to care plans

Requirements:

• Passion for supporting children and young people


• Caring, resilient and professional approach


• Previous residential childcare or similar experience is desirable


• Full UK driving licence preferred
