This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to move away from high-volume, transactional environments and into a firm where you can truly nurture your portfolio and build long-term relationships with local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, handling renewals, MTAs, and policy adjustments with precision and care.

  Client Advocacy: Develop and nurture strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor who understands the unique operational risks of your clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Market Negotiation: Negotiate with a panel of top insurance providers to secure competitive pricing and the most favorable terms for your clients.

  Technical Ownership: Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on tailored business insurance packages.

  Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing claims, inquiries, and concerns as they arise.

  Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure you are always recommending optimal, up-to-date solutions.

  
  

What We're Looking For:

  Experience: Proven background as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler.

  Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and specialized coverage.

  Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with clients and underwriters alike.

  Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, with proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office.
